I enjoy the store , but after today's visit I am extremely disappointed in the service. Our main mission was to get our son's picture with Santa today. The pictures stopped at 5pm, we got there around 3:35pm. They were out of the passes before 3, but we figured we'd still manage a picture. We went to get in line a little after 4 & were told that without a pass we couldn't get our son's picture! There was barely a line & yet we were still told no.
