I bought boots from Bass Pro Shops online for my boyfriend's Christmas gift. I picked them up in the store, and wrapped them up. On Christmas morning he opened them, and Bass Pro had sent me used boots. The bottom of the shoes were coming off, they smelt so bad, and they were covered in mud! When I returned them, at the Atlanta location, the manager (Josh) simply offered to replace the boots. These boots were on clearance and were the last ones available. Great place.
As a former employee of bps, I think on days like today bass pro needs to realize that roads are shut down. Driveways are iced. And people need to stay home. Not only are you forcing people to work when you open, but your also encouraging people to come in and buy stuff at the risk of their own life. Hello? Wake up bass pro, it's a state of emergency. Go home. Stop asking others to risk their life to buy your product. It's not worth it.
