I worked with this Realty group in July to purchase my home, whilst I did have issues with an individual realtor, when I was able to contact Mr. Bass regarding the issue he was able to promptly answer and address my issues. It took a few months, but he did fix everything that I had an issue with regarding service. He would respond timely and professionally (even when I was frustrated). I have been working with the realty group regarding my new home for about the last 3.5 months. I brought extra to closing and was supposed to be given cash back at closing in early July. So far the realtor Matthew Conway has not sent anything to me after he “forgot” to bring the check to our closing date. He has told me multiple times it will be resolved in a week or two, but it’s been over 3 months.
