I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
