I usually go to the Outer Banks off-season so this restaurant is not always open when I am there. It is usually open Thurs. through Sunday off season I guess. The reviews on this restaurant are usually great so I was anxious to try it. I had eaten there a few years ago. When we arrived there was no one seat us . Basnight's Lone Cedar hosted our wedding reception. The food was amazing! The waitstaff and planning was seamless! Guests are still raving about the food! We were blown away by Victoria and her ability to plan and execute! Thank you thank you thank you! We are still craving more pork tenderloin!

We had Sunday Brunch with our daughter and her husband. Loved the Applewood Bacon Eggs Benedict. Waffles and pecan butter were delicious too. Gift shop had a good sale on tote bags, shirts and jewelry. I love my little wooden turtle earrings made in Bali. A few glitches in service, but all in all a nice brunch. gail staples ewing

Our favorite place. We can never come to the beach without a night here. Best shrimp and grits and seafood. Great staff!
We had a wonderful time. Our waiter was great, food was prepared perfectly and they were able to make us a shrimptini which is a specialty drink that is usually available only during taste of the beach. Basnights has become a family favorite. Spectacular views! !
