during the 7AM hour i purchased an Everything bagel. when i arrived to work (less than 30 minutes later) and bit into it -it was soooo tough! IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS BAGEL WAS NOT FROM A PRIOR DAY. i suggest you try your bagel in the store to return it if necessary

Showed up at 8:15pm on a Friday night and they were already closed even though their hours say open until 9pm.
**DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR CAKE ORDER** I ordered a cake for my kid birthday party, when I arrived to the store to pick it up I was told that the cake decorator was not in. The guy the at the counter was clueless on how to assist me, so I reached out to corporate office for a refund and was told that the franchise owner will contact me in 48 business hours. I never received a call from anyone!
