The owner is a very rude lady. She does not let you customize the order when you are the one paying for it. How the establishment still stands is mind boggling. Your customers are how you retain business. Educate yourself on how to manage that.
Just tried to buy a gift card for a kids birthday party I was going to and was told I could only buy it with cash. I wanted to pay with a debit card. Seemed very suspicious to me as that’s uncommon, especially for a huge chain business like BR. Per Patrick that’s how they’ve been doing it for a while, hopefully it’s just a bad decision by management at this store that he’s just following orders and not the scam it sounds like.
Absolutely my favorite place and I’ve returned several times. Our server Prabs, is on top of his game! Service Food
