I visited this location last week and had a very disappointing experience. The person working behind the register looked like she hated her job, and every time I asked for something extra, she responded with attitude and acted like it was a problem. I ordered the Dubai chocolate sundae and asked for extra pistachio cream at the bottom. She told me they “can’t add extra,” which didn’t make sense because it’s literally just adding more. Baskin Robbins customer since the 1960's. Decent basic ice cream If you want creamier there's Clancy's, Loard's, Fenton's. BR however has a lot more flavor choices that rotate in or out Staff at this one very pleasant. The scoops are generous. They have hand packed, cakes and other desserts and creations
Great customer service.... I asked the girl if she can write Happy Birthday on the ice cream cake I chose for my son's Birthday, and, she did with no hesitation. She has beautiful penmanship. I didn't catch her name, but she made the cake so much more lovely. Thank you! P.S. The oreo ice cream cake is delicious! I highly recommend! Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream from here is the best also.
