Stood around for almost 10 minutes, with no one speaking to us because everyone was focused on the drive through only. They knew we were there because my wife spoke to them. If you're not going through the drive through, don't bother.
I wasn't very happy with this place. It seemed like the employees were doing a lot more talking than working but, maybe I went in on an off day or something. It's terrible for anyone who is working for door dash or Uber delivery because they do not communicate with customers when they are out of items. You get stuck with driving all of the way down there for nothing, communicating with the customer yourself, and then you are forced to cancel if you want to keep moving forward and working. 11/09 Adam is absolutely amazing! I haven’t been to Baskin-Robbins in ages, but I decided to check it out since you guys have Dubai chocolate. At first, I was told it was all gone, but Adam somehow managed to find the last one and gave it to me!
Watched the employee drop the ice cream scooper on the floor and then just run it under the sink for half a second and put it back. Immediately walked out and won’t be returning to this location.
