As soon as I walked in I was politely greeted and told I can try any flavor ice cream I want that was a lot of fun. Also the girl in the hijab was so kind and friendly I honestly felt so much positive energy. I will be going back and recommending this ice cream shop to all my friends and family.
Poorly staffed establishment full of incompetent employees. Take the time and drive to Trussville, where your business is appreciated!
Walked in stood there for five minutes -four employees just stood there looking around. Ice all over the ice cream freezer burned. Needless to say we walked out.
Store is dirty. Glass is dirty, stainless steel is dirty. It didn't take too long to get our ice cream but it took FOREVER to pay. My ice cream was melting by the time I got finished paying. A lot of different flavors had freezer burn. Bathrooms were dirty, and barely had any hot water, and had no paper towels. We usually go to the Hoover location. I was excited to see that there was a closer location. I was wrong.
