I come here daily and the staff is EXCELLENT WELCOME EVERY CUSTOMER, EVERY TIME HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE/ICE CREAM SHOP ☕
Went in ordered to quarts this is how I received them. People never want to serve you at this location minus a select few. Ridiculous!
I’ve been going here for the past 5 years and keep giving it a chance…it always fails they only have 2 flavors chocolate and vanilla. The employees have no clue what customer service is. At this point, I think they should shut BR down and make it just a Dunkin’ Donuts. The last time I had roaches in my ice cream.
Sorry it’s long, buckle up. 🤣 This location has become a bit of a joke in our family. “It was bad, but was it as bad as that one Baskin Robbins?” 😂 We stopped while on vacation. We decided the sign must be upside down bc their “31 flavors” were actually only 13. 😆 That’s fine, still plenty of options… but then they were out of SO MANY THINGS… much of which they didn’t inform us of until after we’d paid.
