This is for Baskin Robbins on North Gloster. Poor service and terrible waffle cone. The service has been bad for a while but last night was the last straw. The red haired lady in Baskin Robbins was so rude to us that we will never go back. My son's banana split was awful and my waffle cone was disgusting. It was very hard and chewy. On July 15 between the hours of 1:00p.m. and 2:00p.m. I ordered waffle bowl for me and my boyfriend both of our cones were very stale we ask the manager (white lady with short dark hair who was very very rude) for a refund or at least a new cone and she rudely says we don't give refunds and if we replace it you have to pay for it! Keep in mind this cost almost $8 so if I wanted it replaced that would be another $8 Ridiculous!! Milkshake was terrible! Wouldn't refund money and if I wanted another would have to buy. Used half gallon of milk in chocolate shake. If I had wanted frozen milk I would have asked for that. Only took one sip! Manager couldn't come up there because she didn't have car seat for her child. Ok, why is that my problem. Sounds like they need new manager.
