I just left this Baskins Robbins with my daughter sobbing! She had state testing today and I promised her a milkshake after school. We went and got our shakes and walked out the door and she tripped and dropped her shake, the cup busted and everything. Went last night 2/1 at around 615... one associate nice younger guy look like may have been in high school. Was helping customers in front that was doing sundaes with all the extra toppings.. we stood in line about 5-7mins while he placed his order and another associate stood in the corner making eye contact pretending to be busy while we just stood there..another lady (white family) walks in. RecommendedIt’s a must to my daughter that we stop by Baskin Robbins after our meal or for a quick ice cream date on my day off! We always have a great, positive experience so I thought I would share it. We were greeted by a smiling face by the name of Jeanette I believe! I just let the Baskin Robbins on W. Main Street without purchasing vice cream! It was at 9:20 and they close at 9:30, I asked for a waffle cone and the girl had already put them away. She walked over and got one and went behind the freezer and came back around Wipeing her mouth smiling really big. Handed the cone to another girl and laughed and winked. I just left the Baskin Robbins on West Main in Tupelo and let me tell you it's a visit I will NEVER forget due to the workers calling the police on me for refusing to pay 4.54 for a brownie sundae with 1 scoop of ice cream on it. I had a $2.79 coupon for a 2 scoop sundae, I told the cashier I wanted that and 2 kids cones. She fixed my kids ice cream and I saw her scoop up 1 scoop for mine and she was putting caramel on it. Apparently if you have a coupon you still can’t use it! I had a in store minimum purchase of $15 for an ice cream cake and yet at first they tell me they can’t use it unless is 19.99 or more, I show them it says $15, then they say I ant because it’s online only...wrong again...it clearly says in store and next to t says online only with a different coupon...needless to say no ice cream cake went home with me
