We went for ice cream last night at 9:55 pm. There was a huge line still waiting to be served. When we walked in the employee said “we are closed.” Confused we said I thought you were open till 10? He said “Nope we are closed”... ok? So we walked out to the car.. and watched someone else walk in after us.. we could tell he said the same thing to them.. and two seconds later they got in line and were served ice cream. We were so disappointed that we had to pay for our free birthday ice cream. The employee put forth no effort to find out why our coupons didn't work. The coupons were not expired. The most upsetting part was the lack of effort of the employee. I guess no more free birthday ice cream. At least the ice cream was good.
We are so excited to get real ice cream this side of town especially baskin robins!
