Horrible customer service. Needed to get a edible print cake and they need to be notified "3 days in advance" , you guys rarely get customers in your store especially cold season and you need 3 days to make a cake? Better get your business straighten out or youll lose a lot of customers. I ended up going to a mom and pop bakery in chula vista that had a LOT of orders, 2 weddings, 4 birthdays but never hesistated to do an edible print in less than 24 hours. Youre a franchise, no excuses whatsoever.
