Just recently called because I have two, garbage cans, they emptied only one, called to report it and see if they could have a driver come by and empty the one they missed, their customer service agent accused me of shoving things in the can that would cause it not to empty and put the blame on me and told me he would not send someone to empty until next week, there is nothing in the can that would prevent it from emptying, it’s disappointing they can’t admit their driver made an honest mistake and get it emptied sooner, the... read more
Horrible trash service. Constantly leaving trash in the road. Our trash driver makes a mess and doesn't clean it up they also break trash cans and don't replace. Constantly knocking trash cans over and doesn't right them or empty them.
