I'm really disappointed with the experience here. The car didn't start day 1. And it also rattled from the very beginning when I drove it, especially when I was backing up. I told the dealer about it, he said it was because of new breaks (?), so give it some time. I ended up going back to the place at least 3 times for the problem. Everytime they would say they fixed the problem. On the third visit, they said there was a problem with a part and they fixed it. This took like 3 days because they didn't have the part in hand. service. not the first time but, jus recently I took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was a 2 hour wait, no problem. It was 9am at the time. Came back at 1230. car was in the air but wasnt no one was working on it. I wait 20 mins before I spoke up about my car, to see what was going on. told them I had to work at 130. Process was very easy. I found what I wanted online and set an appointment using Facebook. The gave me the exact numbers without having to come in. I’m very satisfied and stayed within my budget.
