Like whatever was wrong with my car they always fix the problem and make sure everything is fixed
I'm really disappointed with the experience here. The car didn't start day 1. And it also rattled from the very beginning when I drove it, especially when I was backing up. I told the dealer about it, he said it was because of new breaks (?), so give it some time. I ended up going back to the place at least 3 times for the problem. Everytime they would say they fixed the problem. On the third visit, they said there was a problem with a part and they fixed it. This took like 3 days because they didn't have the part in hand. service. not the first time but, jus recently I took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was a 2 hour wait, no problem. It was 9am at the time. Came back at 1230. car was in the air but wasnt no one was working on it. I wait 20 mins before I spoke up about my car, to see what was going on. told them I had to work at 130. The manager went to see what was going on with my car. Then a service man come to do my oil change at that time. its 115 at this time. So I got a free oil change for the wait and ju... read more

Everyone we worked with was very helpful. The car buying process was simple and non-stressful. There was no "bait and switch", no one tried to upsell me into a vehicle I didn't want. I would definitely buy from Basil again. I'm going to edit my post as a buyer beware, I'm not convinced they do a thorough inspection on any vehicle they sell. I've been without my vehicle for 3 weeks, going on 4 week now. Major computer components failed while I was driving.
