my family and I have bought well over 10 cars/trucks from basil reslae. I have recommended them too all my friends. I would much rather go buy a used car from from them then a new one any were eles. there great and willing to work with. they dont use the bait tactics that other dealerships use, there stright forward with you. you go there they pull your credit , you tell them what your working with and how much your willing to spend per month and that's what they show you. I would give them 10 stars if possible!
Process was very easy. I found what I wanted online and set an appointment using Facebook. The gave me the exact numbers without having to come in. I’m very satisfied and stayed within my budget.
The staff and sales reps are quick to return phone calls. We enjoyed working with Keri, he was professional abd made purchasing our vehicle painless!
Paul was awesome! He helped me find a vehicle that suited my needs and was not pushy at all. He really went above and beyond throughout the process. I went in with a couple of ideas of what I wanted and found the perfect vehicle that was not even on my radar. I'm glad he showed it to me as an option, because I liked it much better than what I had in mind. If you're looking for a no pressure, customer service oriented experience, this is the place.
