I bought a truck a few years back which included free oil changes for life. Its a 40 minutes drive. Every time I get it serviced, wait usually 30- 50 minutes, not bad. Never get pressured into extra work. Sometimes give me recommendations when needed. Staff are always nice and pleasant. No complaints. I will be getting brakes done there soon. Alex was my service advisor and Jordan was the person performing my oil change and tire rotation. Truly a top notch Ford facility, and I've been to many across the country! I would not hesitate to bring my truck back again and again. They even sent me a video showing that the various inspection items, brakes, suspension, tires, etc., was performed with values mentioned. Great job!
Disappointing experience due to poor vehicle inspection, bad communication, and vehicle damage. I chose this location based on great experiences with their sister stores, but the quality here is not the same. The Issues: * Vehicle Damage: During delivery, staff bent the gas cap trying to open it.
