Alex was my service advisor and Jordan was the person performing my oil change and tire rotation. Truly a top notch Ford facility, and I've been to many across the country! I would not hesitate to bring my truck back again and again. They even sent me a video showing that the various inspection items, brakes, suspension, tires, etc., was performed with values mentioned. Disappointing experience due to poor vehicle inspection, bad communication, and vehicle damage. I chose this location based on great experiences with their sister stores, but the quality here is not the same. The Issues: * Vehicle Damage: During delivery, staff bent the gas cap trying to open it.
