Sam was very easy to talk to
Dana was amazing helping me get this truck. He was always very busy but made sure to check in and get to us so we didn't have to wait long. He answered all of our questions and is very experienced. Definitely going to go back to Dana in the future when it's time for another car.
Blake sold me a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus today. Great experience. I have bought a car from him before and he always does a great job!
I bought a truck a few years back which included free oil changes for life. Its a 40 minutes drive. Every time I get it serviced, wait usually 30- 50 minutes, not bad. Never get pressured into extra work. Sometimes give me recommendations when needed. Staff are always nice and pleasant. No complaints. I will be getting brakes done there soon. Thank you Basil Ford of Niagara Falls!
Excellent experience with Dana! Painless and swift sale for my new Bronco Sport (got a bunch of rebates!). 10/10 recommend! Thank you Dana and Ford Basil team!
