August 28, 2013 Dear Referring Physicians and Patients, We recently experienced a computer system error affecting 2011 dates of service. This resulted in invoices going out to our patients that contained missing or erroneous information. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and am personally trying to correct this error as soon as possible. My wife and daughter just love the Doctor but OMG, don't throw away any of you bills and receipts. Our insurance is constantly billed twice and despite spending hours correcting there office, I still regularly get billed for services from 2011. It's 2013 now. Thank god my wife is organized. For elderly patients this would be a nightmare and I can imagine they would just pay the bill "again" because they may not have kept all their old paperwork. Just crazy!!!!!
