Very friendly. Dr. Hantash was very complete on his exam and took care of my issue in a timely manner. Would recommend this Dr. to a friend.

Was this doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was the waiting area spacious enough? Totally

Each time I have gone in to see Dr. Hantash, he and his staff have been super friendly! There was a gal in the room with us and after the appointment was done, she gave me a sticky note with the name of what the Doctor said the spot on my skin was. I thought that was great! I didn't have to go home and wonder what he had said the spot on my leg was even though it was no big deal!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

I thought it was weird how unfriendly they were. I didn't feel welcomed at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up... read more

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.
