I have never had food so amazing. The catfish was out of this world and the crab cakes blew my mind.
When in Wausau this is our goto place to eat. We live 90 miles away, and if we lived closer we'd be here weekly. Everything we've ever ordered has been very very good to exceptional. The service is always top notch and the atmosphere is great for either a casual or business lunch, but perfect for date night too. I love everything about the place!!!! Food & wine!!
Decided to try out Basil for the first time today during my lunch hour and was overly impressed not only by the food, but the EXTREMELY friendly and caring waitstaff. I ordered the Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad, and the plating, prep, and quality of the food and dressing were terrific. I will definitely be going back because of such a positive first experience.
