Since I was 16 I've had low back pain due to a horse riding accident. I've kept my pain in check with daily walks/runs, pilates, yoga, and regular massage and chiropractic treatments. When none of these techniques was relieving my pain from a recent incident a year ago, I decided to try acupuncture. After 5 treatments my low back pain is virtually gone. Amazing!!
