Extremely ghetto and unprofessional. Grand Island @ Seven Oaks is literally falling apart due to this company. Homeless entering pool area, entry gates being broken. Neighbors and I call constantly nothing gets fixed, yet they raise association fees. Highly, highly do not recommend this company.
This management company has been serving our small HOA for four years as of this month, and they do a fantastic job. When I call during business hours, I’m always able to reach a live person, which is rare these days. They respond to emails promptly, and I’ve heard the same positive feedback from other owners about their responsiveness. I couldn’t be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to any community in need of HOA management.
Family run place. Out of date and out of touch. Customer service is awful. They will run off tenets and cost you money if you use them.
We own residential properties associated with 4 different HOA's so I am quite familiar with how they operate. Our commercial property is with Basham Management, and I am one of the Board Members for the past 15 years. We have gone through 3 different Management Companies. Prior to BM we had Apex/Seabreeze Management Co with whom we had the worst experience- their email responses were like hot air balloons -lot of verbiage but action/follow through took months with incomplete tasks after repeated requests, more expensive and ... read more
