This management company has been serving our small HOA for four years as of this month, and they do a fantastic job. When I call during business hours, I’m always able to reach a live person, which is rare these days. They respond to emails promptly, and I’ve heard the same positive feedback from other owners about their responsiveness. I couldn’t be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to any community in need of HOA management.
Family run place. Out of date and out of touch. Customer service is awful. They will run off tenets and cost you money if you use them.
We own residential properties associated with 4 different HOA's so I am quite familiar with how they operate. Our commercial property is with Basham Management, and I am one of the Board Members for the past 15 years. We have gone through 3 different Management Companies.
