How stupid is it to make homeowners spend thousands of dollars on water so that we can have green grass all year round. Wasteful, outdated, and stupid. They then harass you until you comply with those said stupid rules.
Bonnie is very impressive in that she is so competent in a position that is multifaceted. She has been a tremendous help.
