Try to call to report issues but they closed early for an entire week during the 4th of July and the mailbox is full. Nobody cares I’m very upset and so are neighbors.
I live in Seven Oaks and we have well over a million dollars for them to use at their disposal, but nothing gets fixed and they just take our money. Basham team took off the week 6/29-7/4 and left us with out a hot tub for the 4th of July. You can try calling but nobody checks the voicemail so it’s full and you cannot even leave a message. This is unbelievable how lazy and incompetent these people are.
Extremely ghetto and unprofessional. Grand Island @ Seven Oaks is literally falling apart due to this company. Homeless entering pool area, entry gates being broken. Neighbors and I call constantly nothing gets fixed, yet they raise association fees. Highly, highly do not recommend this company.
This management company has been serving our small HOA for four years as of this month, and they do a fantastic job. When I call during business hours, I’m always able to reach a live person, which is rare these days. They respond to emails promptly, and I’ve heard the same positive feedback from other owners about their responsiveness. I couldn’t be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to any community in need of HOA management.
Family run place. Out of date and out of touch. Customer service is awful. They will run off tenets and cost you money if you use them.
