I would NOT recommend working for this company... I was a software developer / tester in Whitehouse OH, for there paint mixing software. When the program manager learned of my disabilities, that does Not affect my work, I was harassed daily until the point I quite the job. Just a side note: Apparently since I left the position the company can not keep the spot filled, I still get calls about twice a month from head hunters for BASF.
Great company, structured/organized, and good management!
