I worked for BASF for 28 years and was terminated by Jay Miner I think for unjust cause but he thought it was right after 28 years that’s what you get and he’s useless at what he does
some of management not good & useless most are an asset after 8 years of shift work quit a high pay in job. no company should ever put workers thru J swing shift 6P - 6A rotate change 6A-6P bad practice and not safe this is so bad for a workers health
My years at BASF working as a Technology Engineer in the MDI units at the Geismar site were some of the best years of my career as a chemical engineer. I was privileged to have the "trifecta" of a good boss, a good working environment, and a good company to work for. I was proud to work for this company because of their values and contributions to the welfare of humankind. I highly recommend this company to someone with talent, work ethic, and a desire to make the world a better place.
I would recommend they change their slogan for this planet is a speck in the Universe created by One True G-d who is more powerful than any mortal can imagine. Only kidding. That would cost too much to change your slogan. Erosion is stopped by planting trees. Remember history. PG and E tried to save money. Rust is nature's way to recycle as are fires in forrests.
