They were prompt, gave a clear estimate, answered all our questions thoughtfully, The team led by William was thoroughly competent, polite, dealt well with unforeseen circumstances, and did an excellent job. Our basement has wood floors and pine wainscotting, so this was a complex job. They were completely responsive to us. And after a year, we have had no water seepage and our basement no longer smells dank. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Overall they did a very good job. There was a error that had to be corrected during their workday, and they had to come out a second time to fix a area that had been completed incorrectly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the level of their customer service. We recommend them to others.

Friendly, professional, and cost efficient. BWN did what another contractor couldn't do in two separate tries. If ever I have someone looking for a recommendation, BWN will be first on my list.

Very good job. Good price and did the work in one day. Very efficient yet thorough. Just need to wait several months to make sure that the water problem indeed has been fixed.

Kim, their company rep was very knowledgeable about the the subject and found the best solution for our needs at a fair price. The installers were professional and polite. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
