If I had a complaint for Basement Gurus, it would be to alter the name of the company. I know a number of people with wet and muddy yards that might not look to Basement Gurus as their first choice for yard drain systems, but make no mistake, they are the best. While the job didn’t go exactly as planned, we couldn’t be happier with the results. We got a French drain system put in; and had all our walls parged and resurfaced. We also did a mold remediation treatment and purchased a dehumidifier through BG. It looks beautiful and clean, and most importantly I know our basement is now very protected from water. After Obtaining 4 estimates to remediate the water issues in my basement, I chose to go with Basement Gurus to install a French Drain System with Sump Pump. they did NOT disappoint! I just want to express the great work, the professionalism and the expertise that Dylan and his crew delivered. Basement Gurus get 20+ stars from me. They were very informative from the beginning with the knowledge that Dan brought to the table when giving us the estimate. We had water issues in the basement for 8 years. Basement Gurus completed a french drain in my entire basement in one day. After a couple of heavy rainstorms, the basement stayed dry. The pumps did their job. The owner is very professional, and the workers are very courteous. if you are having water issues in your basement, I would recommend this company to anyone. I also had them do a concrete pad on the front porch and have gotten compliments from the neighbors on a job well done.

I had probably 8 streams of water POURING water into my basement which was plaguing me every storm. From beginning to end the experience I had with the basement gurus was top notch. They came out and assessed the problem, explained in detail what would need to be done and due to being busy gave us a month or so out. Excellent service throughout. Their salesman, Phil Thistle, provided a detailed, competitive quote for a complete basement waterproofing system and egress. Their crews were prompt and did quality work. Everyone was professional and honest. Our basement is now bone dry during and after any ran events, no matter how large.
