My friend recommended Dr.Khatib to me a while ago, and I was kind of hesitant since I was with my old doc for a long time. I finally went to Dr.Khatib today and I am SO GLAD I did. He did a thorough physical on my son. He showed me all of the curves on his iPad (Weight, Height, BMI) etc. He did an electronic hearing test. Let me tell you: This is the FIRST TIME a doctor does all of this on a physical. He's wonderful. I highly recommend him to any family looking for a pediatrician.
This is a phenomenal doctor. I have been to many pediatricians, but I've never seen one who cares as much as Dr.Khatib. He really cares, and his staff members are well trained and provide us with the best care and respect. Best medical office in Michigan.
Absolutely the best pediatrician I've ever been to. He has the best bed-side manner. He really cares about his patients and I always get the best comments about him from people. All my neighbors go to him. Dr.Khatib is highly respected in this community and he has the best staff. They help me make appointments and referrals and they've never said no to me whenever I ask for help. This is undoubtedly the best pediatric office.
Complaint Today I visited the doctor office for the first time as per my appointment. This is what I saw today : Worse front desk girls I have seen in my life. No respect to people who comes with appointment Customer service is below below zero Once you know any girls at the front desk you can go to see the doctor first The front desk staff don't know the meaning of word human. I wonder how the doctor let these kind of girls run his office who treat the people like animals.
I was always against HPV and Flu Shots. Nobody was able to convince me to give them to my daughter. I was really impressed with the fact that Dr.Basel spent a lot of time on a busy day in his office to explain the benefits of these shots to me. I was like, if he is willing to invest all of this time telling me how important those vaccines are, then they have to be important. He did it!! I gave the shots to my daughter and I recommend them to friends.I am so happy, impressed and grateful.
I have at least seven members of my extended family go to Dr.Khatib. My daughter was his patient and now she is a mom who brings he daughter to him. Everybody knows how much he cares and the great interaction he has with his patients. What is not to love? He is intelligent, caring, and knowledgeable. He has an overwhelming popularity in Dearborn because people really trust him. We're blessed to have him as our family's pediatrician.
Best doctor in Dearborn. I love the way he explains things to me when I take my kids to him. Very nice and smart. Beautiful and clean office and helpful staff.
