Dr.Khatib is by far the best pediatrician in Dearborn. All my bros and sisters take their kids to him, so do I. We really appreciate the care that we get at his office. Once you're there you feel that you are in good hands.
He made all of my kids up to date on vaccines. I appreciate the fact that he took his time with me to explain the benefits of shots. Very dedicated. Wendy, Detroit
We like dr.Khatib. He loves his work, and it shows. He has received many awards including 2 national awards. My daughter wants to become a pediatrician because she admires him and has great respect to him. He sets the good example of the physician with knowledge and integrity.

He is the best pediatrician I've ever seen by far. Great Knowledge and unique bed-side manner. He an expert on gaining the trust of the family and the CHILD. My son is 21 years old now and he changed from DR.Khatib to an internist 2 years ago due to his age. Yesterday he went to his doctor and he was diagnosed with pneumonia and he asked me to take him to Dr.Khatib for a second opinion. He met us with a big smile and saw my child for free and it was a big relief for my son. HE IS WONDERFUL
Dr.Khatib is one of a kind. He really has great knowledge, and he likes to share it with the patient. I used to ask for antibiotics every time I went to the doctor, but after Dr.Basel explained to me (time after time) the importance of giving antibiotics only as necessary, and why we should avoid them when the child has a viral infection, I stopped doing that!! I feel that my visit to his office is not only for getting treatment, but also a learning experience. I am so happy he's my child's doc.
