My experience was very nice; the color was perfect, and Nicole was sweet, professional and the work done in my hair was just right.
I walked in with gray roots, visible lines of regrowth and dull color but walked out simply fabulous! My color is perfect and I love my shorter cut. I highly recommend Emmy. She did a stellar job! Shout out to Guy too! He did a consult a few days before my appointment to figure out the plan and it worked!
