My little diva is a bit picky, but not today!! She knew exactly what she wanted, but didn't see it. So she was getting a little disappointed but The gentleman helping us asked her to describe the glasses she wanted. After a few short moments in the back he came out and made a new best friend! He had exactly what she wanted! My babygirl is so happy & very excited to get her new glasses! Thank u Florence eye center for having fast friendly service and making my babygirls day!

I took my 4 year old rambunctious and already exhausted son in a couple of weeks ago to see Dr. Thigpen. She was fantastic with him. She was so patient and professional not to mention efficient. The other staff we encountered were all very professional as well.
We've been coming here for six years. Any doctor we have seen has been really great and helpful and they offer discounts on lots of stuff which is awesome because my insurance doesn't cover eyewear or annual exams. Also, very wide selection and glasses are always ready pretty fast.
Today, I became a first time patient of Dr. Brewer. He was phenomenal, so polite as well as fluent in his communication. All the staff there was same way. Everyone was exceptional. The environment was fun and very kind. (Even a massage chair.. Like, wow, perfect). Once my exam was over, Haley was incredible. She worked tirelessly to find me the right pair I wanted. I was truly grateful for everyone working so diligently and kindly. I was truly satisfied. Thank you guys so much!

I walked in today to make an appointment for a problem I had with my eyes. They took me right back as a walk in and were very thorough. The receptionist even looked up my vision insurance info for me since I didn't have my card. Dr. Kachelman is awesome and I highly recommend them!
