My little diva is a bit picky, but not today!! She knew exactly what she wanted, but didn't see it. So she was getting a little disappointed but The gentleman helping us asked her to describe the glasses she wanted. After a few short moments in the back he came out and made a new best friend! He had exactly what she wanted! My babygirl is so happy & very excited to get her new glasses! Thank u Florence eye center for having fast friendly service and making my babygirls day!

Worst business I have ever dealt with... Paid hundreds of dollars for glasses I never received. After the exam I had to call, stop by, then finally they gave me temporary glasses because what I ordered had not came in. I then called several times, stopped by, my wife stopped by, they never did get the frames I actually ordered. I gave up and said well I’ll just use these temp glasses...Then I get a collection notice, I never once received a bill, a phone call etc... Today was a real challenge. It took 3 hours just to get a checkup..... come to discover that all the 4 other people I spoke to all had 10:40am appointments with Dr Thompson (by the way the best in the business!), but....what is up with that???
Everyone at Florence Eye have been so awesome! I broke my glasses yesterday and was able to have new glasses picked out and ready to go within an hour. Thank you so much!!! You guys are great!
This is a GREAT place to go though they have very friendly staff and fast service have a cable Tv plus play room for children dnt mind serving coffee/hot chocolate while u wait to be called n the bk to be seen by an eye doctor also have a chair u can sit n for a full body massage very clean environment very soft furniture to sit on while u wait couldn't ask for another better place than the Florence Eye Center there on Cox's Creek here n Florence Alabama..Thanks!! The service was the best. I waited almost no time. The staff was attentive and very specific. I think this will always be my place for an eye doctor. I would recommend them to all my friends.
