The worst customer service. Not only were they rude but they didn't even want to fix our rzr
I highly recommend Basch Brothers they got my Rzr in and out in no time for warranty work and kept me informed throughout the whole process. If your looking for good customer service this is the place.
They got my rzr in and out and fixed with easy. Hands down would recommend the for any kind of Polaris rzr warranty or normal repairs or services. Thanks Basch Brother for getting me back on the trails. My machine runs better than ever.

My husband, Dale, went to John Deere, where he bought his zero turn mower, not yet year old, the belt had come off, they said it would be TWO weeks to put on belt and not covered under warranty, he went to Basch Brothers and one of the owners said they would put belt on that afternoon if he got belt, he had to buy from john deere and brought belt back, and Basch put it on that afternoon, he will not go back to john deere, Basch has good customer service even if you didn't buy from them!
