There is definitely room for improvement in the customer service aspect. After taking our lawn mower here it took nearly a month for the hydraulic pump to be replaced. We, the customers had to call for updates on the lawn mower ourselves. At times, many excuses were given, "We'll try to get to it today...." We would have to call a few days later for another update. Nathan and his guys always are first class. They treat you and the machine as they would their own. Highly recommended.
They said on phone they would guarantee there work putting complete deck on lawn mower after I paid them they refused to rite in a guarantee.Two months later wheels falling off. the blade hit the bolt that held wheel on so lost it.went there and got bolt . Reminded them of guarantee guy told me I don't get involved in that stuff and then charged.$ 3.24 lost my business.!
