I would NOT recommend BAS / Austin Appraisers to do any real estate appraisals. They claim 30 plus years of experience but must have incompetent staff. Paid $450 dollar fee for a worthless appraisal only to find their report was full of flaws and properties the appraiser used as comparables were well over 5 miles away when more realistic like-kind properties were less the 1 mile away.
