I have lived here for 25 years, and I was the President of the HOA for almost 2 years, and the first meeting that I attended as President the resident that lived across the street called me outside for a one on one confrontation. I could not believe it, and all I can say is the subdivision is divided into several factions, and the HOA treats different homeowners differently.
