My family and neighbors have had flooring done by Bartz previously with no problems . Spring of 2013 we had Mohawk Karastan carpet installed in a bedroom . From the first day the carpet fibers laid over and changed colors showing every footprint . Mohawk will not warranty it and Bartz did nothing to bring pressure on Mohawk . I recommend that you buy where the dealer will make sure the warranty is honored . Menards ,Lowes etc . I will never buy a Mohawk product or patronize Bartz again .
