RecommendedWe are so thankful for the wonderful care and customer service we received today 12/18/20 from the Outpatient Surgery Team. My husband had surgery today and from the time we entered the front door we were greeted by security staff and front desk staff and felt so welcomed at the hospital. Today’s Staff were the BEST! Ear tubes going in and he’s like sure why not lol. Hoping to say goodbye to 3 months of straight terrible ear infections ! 🤞 Just want to give a shot out to all the nurses here at Bartow Regional Medical Center 🏥, they were absolutely awesome with my buddy , he was very happy going in and loved all the attention lol.
A huge thank you to Mr Todd, Mr Charles and the entire emergency room staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable while awaiting transport to a trauma center.
Our nurse Felicia was amazing. My husband was in so much pain with a kidney stone and she still made him laugh and help keep his mind off of it. Super sweet. Caring. Great bedside manner. Doc Fisher also very helpful. But we always have GREAT ER nurses when we come here. Thank you!!! #ERNursesRock

I was traveling with my sister yesterday from Tampa General Hospital where she had jus had a Kidney Transplant. She became very sick during our trip home and we had to call 911. The ambulance transported her to this hospital. Her treatment was absolutely disgusting!! She was made to sit in her clothing full of feces and urine for hours. When she was allowed to change she was not given any clean gown to put on. As she was vomiting her nurse continued to push her mask on her face. Was completely unsatisfied with my care and highly disappointed. Was discharged with acid reflux medication and less than two days later went to Lakeland regional and had surgery on an abscess in my throat that was closing off my airway. they completely acted as if they didn't care what my symptoms were and sent me away quick. pathetic
