This place is a joke!!!! I ordered a new fuel pump and gasket. What I received was a fuel pump, but it wasn't in a Motorcraft box. It was simply thrown in the shipping box with no protection for the naked pump. No bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Hell I don't even know if the pump is new or works or is even for my vehicle. I hope this isn't how they regularly conduct business. I won't be doing any future business with this joke of a company!!
Why it takes up to 48 hours to ship out or create a label. That policy should change. Regardless if you pay more for fast shipping, you guy still make the waiting longer. Please beat amazon.

My 17 year old son needed a bolt for his break caliper on his f350. The parts representative gave him the wrong bolt, my son drove back up there and ask for the right bolt he was told they would not refund his money, and if he got a new bolt he would have to pay for it and they would not give him a credit for the wrong part they sold him. He was told if he opened the package they will not refund it. What kind of service is that????? I will never buy anything from a place. Who would treat a kid that way????
