We have purchased two new vehicles from Bartow Ford. One F-250 pick up last year and one new Ford Edge the year before. We were prior Plant Ciry Ford customers and although we had really great service at PC Ford, we are now happy to be considered a part of the Bartow Ford Family. I had my 2006 dodge charger at the bartow ford to have my tires rotated. They told me my tire robs needed to be changed. I had the air conditioner serviced,also they said I had a oil leak and a problem with the thermostat has a problem as well. Now they have had my car for 2 days now claiming had problem getting the parts in and now I have no car for 2 days.I think they could have informed me that it will take this long time to complete the job. Never again will I deal with bartow ford they suck!!!!!!!!!
