I was fed up with my Toyota and began looking at other brands. Hyundai, KIA, Honda, Chevy, and FORD. Bartow Ford had the best prices and selection. Melissa was very professional and patient as I test drove multiple vehicles and ask a lot of questions. She also took the time to find the right vehicle that I was comfortable in and with. Shannon was also polite and patient, as well as knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will recommend Bartow Ford to everyone!

Absolutely amazing dealership and people. Diana is world class and made the process so easy. I live in Lakewood Ranch and every possible detail was handled prior to arrival. My vehicle was spotless and both Virginia in the accessories dept (coordinated some add-on items) and Shiela in finance were ready and efficient and super friendly.
