Everyone is super! I was treated with kids gloves. Very gentle & understanding of my fears.
No one likes to have a tooth pulled and I can tell you that the extraction I had done went perfectly. I had no pain during the actual procedure and very little discomfort on the following day. By the second day, the pain was completely gone and the healing was well underway and in accordance with the post-op procedures. Thank you for a procedure well done!

Both of my children had appointments yesterday. My daughter had two cavities, and my son had one. They were only there for their cleaning, but Dr Fawcett was kind enough to go ahead and fill them while they were there. My son is NOT a fan of the dentist, so I doubt I would've been able to get him back there without brute force! My daughter said it was an easy, painless procedure. Brian is 5 years old & the staff in your office make him feel comfortable... everyone is so nice... Brian enjoys his visit so much until he doesn't want me to accompany him to the back, he tells me to stay up front... lol
Up to date and state of the art equipment equals convenience. Quick in and out. Vertically no waiting. No checking the calendar for appointments because they e-mail your appointment and it goes into your calendar with an automatic reminder . The staff is very polite and check up on you after your visit. Dr. Ian, so far, has been very good with what I have had done. He is also very pleasant and patient. I have found my new dentist.
Could not ask for an office with better customer care. The management and staff show kindness and passion when dealing with their patient. Definitely was worth my drive from Davenport to Bartow.
Profesional staff and very friendly environment. My higenist did a great job. Dr. Faucett was very concern about my dental work.
