I have been UAB Blazer basketball season ticket holder at Bartow Arena since it opened. It has been a great venue and I’ve always enjoyed going to UAB basketball games. It is been a great place to watch basketball. However, the athletic administration at UAB is planning upgrades to the building and their their current new seating plan will deprive many loyal season ticket holders of the prime seats they they have occupied for years unless they contribute an about an additional $2,500 per seat each year.
