Dr Brooks and the whole wonderful staff. Nicole at the front is amazingly patient whenever I have a problem....everyone is kind and patient. Dr Brooks saved My Willie Mae's life and worked with me until I got past my needle aversion. Willie gets his insulin administered properly now. They deserve a 5 star plus rating !!!!
This place is the worst place we ever took our animals. Twice we went and we never went back. They are more about money than pets. Dr. Brooks wife told us we were bad parents because we didn't want to spend thousands of dollars to get the dogs teeth cleaned. She was an elderly dog and would not have survived the anesthesia.
They took very good care of my pet Sugar. They are caring and friendly. The staff is friendly. Dr. Brooks is a very excellent vet. Thank you for taking care of sugar.
Best Vet ever. Even though I've moved over an hour away, I still continue to take my cats to Dr. Brooks. He is caring, affordable, and just an all around great doctor. The staff is wonderful too. Nicole makes you feel like you and your pet are the most important patients every time she sees you. Marsha is friendly and helpful and everyone gets back to you when they say they will. The office is always clean and inviting, and you never have a long wait to be seen.
Dr. Brooks is the best. He always takes his time with my 10 year old "pup". Love his staff too :)
LOVE = Let me tell you about , LOVE : We had to take our aged " Sugar " there . She wasn't getting any better and she was suffering . Dr.Brooks and Nicole were so nice during this unfortunate process . They were so patient and respectful . I was deeply touched when Dr.Brooks said a prayer out loud for Sugar and our family . It was comforting . Some will say , " It was just a dog " but she was our family . the clinic gave us a grief counseling help letter for us .
