We had to file a health code violation here. We toured and thought it was ok, and they had space for our dad but within a week of him staying here we were completely shocked. My father sat for 4 days with a tie around his arm from a blood draw (I took him to the app. To get it) **no showers for my father** and it left mark and was so swollen. I recommend Barton Valley if your loved one wants to be spoiled. Their dietary department has a wide range of food selections to select from. If Residents don’t want whats on the selective menu, the staff will prepare what they request. I’ve never seen this in a nursing home setting. When I walked in, I witnessed residents in dining room eating ribs, chicken wings, fresh salads, grilled chicken and fish with multiple side selections.
