Just wish that someone would answer their phones. Call and call and never an answer. Hopefully they are tending to patients and they are not that low staffed. Hopefully this is not an emergency! Update: I changed the rating from two to one star. The case worker for my mother was given the go-ahead for Mom to go to Barton Valley. They had her get ready; the medical transport was on the way. The activities Director is amazing and this facility by far has the best engagement from residents. Activities are so amazing and fun and there’s always something new and creative happening.

The workers at Barton Valley are some of the nicest and most caring people that I have known. Both of my parents were in a variety of nursing homes in their later years. None of them compared to the staff and care at Barton Valley. I particularly like that they clients get their own private rooms when they can. It has made a huge difference to our challenged son.
