This Group purchased or took over the business from my old agent who was very attentive and personal. As far as the Barton Insurance Group I did not get the same personal service on a timely basis. I would call in and leave a msg with the staff requesting a return call. They would either not get to it or I would call them back. This was just my personal experience.
