Questionable upper management, and waste of time and money. My physicians and all other staff I have dealt with here are wonderful, however, upper-level management is awful. Upper management is so terrible here that I go elsewhere for any needed care. Despite having good insurance, the hospital gouges the heck out of those who seek services there, and the patient is stuck with overpriced services. To repeat, staff (RN, MD, PCA, etc...) are wonderful, buit go elsewhere for any type of inpatient care. Hospital is too top heavy... read more
Absolute garbage. Went f a xray yesterday, they took some random guy under my name, left. Went today, in the middle of the night for the same xray, to avoid the staggering wait times, and walked out, again, after 2 hours. There were 3 patients there, nobody had beem seen the whole 2 hours I was there. Do not get hurt in south lake, and if you do, you’re better off driving to Placerville. Jesus christ, these guys are the worst
