AVOID - Greedy and dishonorable management. Read the other reviews - this is a common theme from residents leaving the community. I am no stranger to apartment living and have lived in roughly 7 different complexes throughout my life in various metropolitan areas, and I have never been so nickel and dimed as I was by UDR during the two years I lived at this complex. She was helpful from the start, making my move-in exceptionally smooth, and always helpful with requests that I have had. Always greets you with a smile. Great community. Great people!
Great location, terrible management. No security, the gates are never locked, the rude management is unconcerned about robberies and break-ins. They will nickel-and-dime you on move out. But they will smile fakely through their teeth while they are helping you with little things that don't inconvenience them at all.
