I lived here a year ago but left due to a loud neighbor which was seemingly not possible to resolve. I believe my issue was isolated and uncommon, as this community has generally been very quiet and respectful the entire time. No issues with the lease/deposit/cleaning, very straightforward and professional. This is an upper mid-range apartment complex -- not luxury, not cheap, and the prices accurately reflect that -- with the resident mix of young couples and families. Jeff is simply outstanding. He's incredibly responsive, always friendly, and gets things done fast — no fuss, no delays. Professional and always seems to know exactly what the solution is before you've even finished explaining the problem. He's polite and considerate when he needs to interrupt you working from home, and you'll always catch him giving a wave and a smile in the complex. With him on the job, you genuinely feel like you're in good hands. A true asset to the Landing — couldn't recommend him more highly!
