I would have given this property one star, but the on-site staff is incredibly friendly and as helpful as they can be. Unfortunately, my experience with UDR as a corporate landlord has been overwhelmingly negative. My biggest issue was a "routine inspection" that was conducted without notice. When the employee arrived (he said he was based at another property and helping), I told him I had never received a notification. Jeff is truly a fantastic part of living at BCL. Over the past 8 years that I have lived here, Jeff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to maintaining our homes and the property as a whole. He’s always a friendless face to see and makes sure the residents are well taken care of. If anyone ever has an issue, we all know that Jeff will attend to it quickly and professionally.
