I lived here a year ago but left due to a loud neighbor which was seemingly not possible to resolve. I believe my issue was isolated and uncommon, as this community has generally been very quiet and respectful the entire time. No issues with the lease/deposit/cleaning, very straightforward and professional. This is an upper mid-range apartment complex -- not luxury, not cheap, and the prices accurately reflect that -- with the resident mix of young couples and families.
