From the time you arrive the staff is welcoming and polite.Dr. Ellis is so gentle with his exams and procedures. I found myself almost drifting off during my appointment. Thank you Sunrise Dental!
I first went in and was greeted by a courteous staff, and went to the "chair" and had questions they answered them very professionally and didn't make me feel "less than" . And when I got out with my plan of attack to get my teeth back in order , I was soooo surprised and shocked to see my bill was so very affordable I practically cried (no kidding about tears) , because I have put my teeth off for years because of expense$$ but w my husband in Union Sunrise Dental is the best place to go!!
Genuinely friendly staff....they always get me in and THEY ARE OPEN SATURDAYS which is a must for me! Always clear on billings and make me aware of my copays...also they work to get the most out of my insurance per year keeping my out of pocket as low as possible.....great dentists!!!
The front desk ladies are the best. My dental Hygienist is the best and his assistant too. 😊👍🏾
My visit was great... I love my dentist, I hardly felt a thing during my root canal. He does very good work.
I thought going to the dentist was my kryptonite, until now. I absolutely hated going to the dentist. Which started as a child. The staff here made me feel comfortable and very welcome too. I knew that I needed dental work done. I kept putting it off until I found out that I have to have a dental clearance before I can a total hip replacement. Office visit I’ve never had a bad experience. I love the new office in Richland. Plus I have options to make appointments for Friday and Saturdays in Richland!! Front desk staff are very friendly and that says a lot!!
